ARE WE STILL OPEN?

Plush Prints is still Open! Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, our shop is taking extreme safety precautions to fulfill and ship your orders. We are doing everything we can to ensure your orders are processed and shipped safely, and deliver your order in as timely manner as possible. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are experiencing some delays in order processing time and carrier delays. Orders may take approximately 5-10 business days to process to ship. Please note that once in transit, your order may additionally be delayed with delivery carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS) due to the overall increase in online orders and deliveries. As a thank you for your patience, enjoy Free Standard Shipping On Domestic Orders $35 and over. We value and appreciate you, and thank you for support and patience. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

All orders will ship USPS First Class Standard. Expedited orders will arrive via USPS Priority Mail. Rush orders will arrive via UPS. Shipping times will vary based on your location and are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. Most orders shipped within the USA take 5-7 business days. Orders shipped outside of the USA will take 2-3 weeks depending on your location. Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES
For orders shipped outside of the United States, BUYERS are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are NOT responsible for delays due to customs. ***Please Note: We are not responsible for fees charged by customs for orders shipped outside of the United States. ***

WHAT IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement here.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for personalized and custom items. Please be sure to double check that the personalization information is correct prior to submitting your order.

HELP THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT!

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please email us here a photograph along with a description of the item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement within 48 hours.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY PERSONALIZED ITEM?

ABSOLUTELY! On personalized orders, we do not print your order without your prior approval of the proof. All other orders the image shown acts as a proof.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE AN ITEM?

The option will be listed in the description of the item if it is available for personalization. You may provide instructions for personalizing your order in the “Note To Plush Prints” section of the order. This note section can be viewed once the items have been placed in the shopping cart.
